After completing his degree in Business Economics and Administration, Beuth initially spent 16 years working in the auditing and consulting divisions of KPMG in Düsseldorf, Essen and Berlin, followed by two years in the specialist audit division of the Chamber of Public Accountants in Berlin, before moving to Rödl & Partners at the end of 2010, with whom he spent four years as the manager of their São Paulo office.

She then worked for six years as financial accounting consultant at Springer Science+Business Media, Berlin, before taking on the position of Teamlead General Ledger at BASF Group, Berlin, and then Head of General Ledger, Closing and Reporting.

Professional experience
Thorsten Greb has worked in steel and metals recycling since 2008. After graduating, he worked for some nine years at one of the world’s largest stainless steel and special alloy recycling companies. Beginning in 2010, he was responsible in various leadership and management roles for companies in Brazil and Singapore.
In 2017, Greb moved to the ALBA Group as deputy head of steel and metals recycling, where he has since been in charge of non-ferrous metals. He has been a full member of the steel and metals recycling management team since 2019 with additional responsibility for steel and metals recycling strategy and business development.
